How do I order and when do I pay?

Order by phone, fax, email or mail. Include all details i.e. Name, contact details, size colour, quantity, payment method (see order form).
All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

Cheques / Direct debit payments must be received by 3 working days from order. Full payment is required. Cheques must be made out payable to Muhan Corporate.

Credit card payments : - 50% deposit to confirm the order. Balance charged prior to dispatch / commencement of embroidery without further advice.

Muhan Corporate is a wholesale business. Due to this structure Muhan Corporate will generate one invoice for each order placed, and will accept one method of payment. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to supply their staff with individual receipts.

How do I know what size to order?

Muhan Corporate size range is 6 - 24 for women and S - 4XL for men. These are based on the Australian standard sizing.

As uniforms, they are cut for comfort. The best guide is to ask yourself - what size do I currently wear? If incorrect, you can simply exchange (see below for details). Regarding sizes 20-24, please enquire for styles available in these sizes. An additional surcharge of $20 per garment applies.

Muhan Corporate does not accept returns for a refund for product considered unsuitable after first size range / trial order.

How do I return goods for exchange?

Goods can be exchanged by returning to Muhan Corporate within 10 days of delivery with details of the required size / colour change.
Please include the completed 'Return Form' available for download from this website.

*NB. The customer is responsible for the goods and proof of return mail & associated costs.

Muhan Corporate suggest Australia Post registered mail for accountability. Goods must be returned as new in original condition and packaging. Cleaning charge and no refund will apply if goods are returned dirty or damaged.

How do I care for my uniform?

Muhan Corporate has developed a contemporary uniform range for style, functionality and ease-of-care. Adhere to washing & care instructions: any worn garment that may require repair due to faulty workmanship is based upon the decision of Muhan Corporate as manufacturers. This does not include hems (see disclaimer below). It is the customers responsibility that the order placed is received correctly, any garment worn or embroidered cannot be returned.

* Blind Hemming: Blind hems are used in some garments to maintain the contemporary look of the design. Unlike topstitching, blind hems require care. Muhan Corporate does not accept responsibility for hems coming loose from lack of care. If this occurs, a simple hand stitch is sufficient to maintain the hem.

What happens if the garments are out of stock?

Garments out of stock will automatically be placed on back order. These goods will be delivered as soon as they are received from production. Please check with Muhan Corporate on approximate lead times. Due to the manufacturing process, this can be up to 6-8 weeks. Lead times can change due to circumstances outside of Muhan Corporate control.

Postage & handling

Muhan Corporate use Couriers Please and Australia Post Registered Parcel System. Goods delivered will need to be signed for on delivery. If unable to sign for delivery, a collection card will be left to notify you of your collection point (usually your nearest Australia Post office). Or an alternate delivery time for Couriers Please to deliver your parcel.

Freight charges apply, please confirm cost with Muhan Corporate when placing your order.
