how to shop online from our generic range & collection

Select the 'Industry' or 'Collection' from which you'll like to view garments specifically categorised by their industry. Once with-in the chosen Industry, you can use the 'search filter' on the left hand side to sub-categorise by gender, style, size & colour. Then simply click on the garment image you wish to buy, select the size, colour & quantity required and click add to bag. You can then continue shopping and add additional items to your bag. Once you have finished selecting the items you would like to purchase, click on the 'checkout button' or 'cart' button to finish with payment.

We accept orders in various ways. You can place orders by phone or by faxing/emailing us a 'Retail Order Form'. When placing orders, please make sure to include all contact details; Name, phone number, address and email, and the correct item details you'll wish to purchase; item code, description, size, colour & quantity.

We offer 'Customize Our Styles' for those after a more personalized uniform.


With 'Customise Our Styles', you have the option of selecting a style from our generic range, with the choice of your preferred fabric, colour, trim/piping & embroidery. Simply click on our 'Custom Design' page under our 'Services' for more information or call us at 1300 700 056.


3-5 Working day for general delivery.

4-6 Weeks for customized Styles.


Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery on all our online generic styles, subject to stock availability.


All Non-stock (Customised Styles) are made to order and may incur surcharges and/or minimum order quantities may be required. Lead time on Customised garments is approximately 5-6 weeks. There are no returns or exchanges on non-stock or monogrammed garments.


We offer sampling try-outs before you place an order with us, as well as fabric swatches.


Garments from our range may be sampled on a 'sale and return' basis (dependent upon availability at time), which allows you to purchase & try any number of garments before you place a final order with us. Fabric swatches are also available on request.
