HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?

Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size, colour & quantity required and click add to bag. You can then continue shopping and add additional items to your bag. Once you have finished selecting the items you would like to purchase, click on the 'checkout button' or 'cart' button to finish with payment.


CAN I MAKE AN ORDER OTHER THAN ONLINE?

Yes, we accept orders in various ways. You can place orders by phone or email. When placing orders, please make sure to include all contact details; Name, phone number, address and email, and the correct item details you'll wish to purchase; item code, description, size, colour & quantity.

CAN I CHANGE /CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel or change your order by calling our Customer Service at 1300 700 056 Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm. If the order has been dispatched, the order will be sent to you and then you will have to return it. Please refer to our 'Returns Policy' for further information.


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

Garments out of stock will automatically be placed on back order. These goods will be delivered as a soon as they are received from production. Due to the manufacturing process, lead times can be up to 3-4 weeks. Please note lead time can change due to circumstances outside of Muhan Corporate control. For a more accurate estimate on delivery for out of stock items, please contact by phone or email.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

Our size range is from 6-24 for ladies and S-4XL for men. These are based on the Australian standards sizing. For more information regarding sizing and measurements, please click on our Sizing Chart link below.

PAYMENTS

WHAT CARDS CAN I USE FOR PAYMENT?

We accept credit card payments using, VISA & Master Card.

WHAT OTHER PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTABLE?

We also accept Cheques and Direct debit payments, with cheques made out payable to Muhan Corporate. Full payment must be received by 3 working days from order.



UNIFORM CARE

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY UNIFORM?

LAUNDERING TIPS:

  • Cold /warm machine wash on gentle cycle.
  • Do not soak or bleach or tumble dry.
  • Delicate spin cycle to remove excess water.
  • Drip dry in shade without delay on plastic hanger. (Not wire, to avoid unnecessary ironing).
  • Do not mix light & dark colours.
  • To keep garment white for longer, please use washing powder & sard oxy plus with every wash.
  • Garments with zippers; please ensure zippers are closed before washing.

IRONING TIPS:

  • Check iron temperature before applying to the garment.
  • Ensure iron is on cool setting & contains water.
  • Gently apply iron to reverse side of garment use, steam only if required.
  • Garments with buttons, do not iron on top of buttons but carefully around them.
  • When ironing shirts with concealed buttons, please ensure shirt is un-buttoned before applying iron.


DELIVERY

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

FREIGHT CHARGES:

  • 1 to 3 garments $8.80 inc.gst flat rate
  • 4 to 6 garments $2.75 inc.gst per garment
  • 7 to 15 garments $2.20 inc.gst per garment
  • 16 to 30 garments $1.32 inc.gst per garment
  • Over 30 garments NO DELIVERY CHARGE

WHICH COURIER COMPANY DOES MUHAN CORPORATE USE?

We ship through Couriers Please & Australia Post for all online orders. All orders delivered will need to be signed off, if unable to sign for delivery, a collection card will be left to notify you of your collection point (usually your nearest Australia Post Office).


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Deliveries are usually within 3 to 5 working days for non-personalised items, subject to stock availability.
Out of stock styles lead time is approximately 3 – 4 weeks.
All unique & costumised styles are made to order and lead time is approximately 5 – 6 weeks.
